I love to teach — and what I love even more is watching someone finish a seminar with tools in their hands and a light in their eyes that wasn't quite there before. That is empowerment in its purest form.
I teach the ThetaHealing technique with full integrity to the modality exactly as Vianna Stibal created and intends it — because I believe you deserve to learn it correctly, completely, and in a way that truly works. My seminars are thorough, fun, and deeply experiential. I am naturally curious — I love understanding how things work and why — and I bring that same curiosity into the seminar room, so you don't just learn what to do, you understand why it works. That understanding changes everything.

These four seminars form the heart and core of a ThetaHealing® practitioner's education. Take them in sequence, on dates convenient to your schedule. Every seminar is taught live online by Shannon.
01Basic DNA
This is where your ThetaHealing technique journey begins. Basic DNA introduces you to the core techniques — belief work, feeling downloads, the intuitive body scan, and the DNA activation — and opens you to connecting with the energy of the Creator of All That Is. No prior experience is needed, just an open heart and a willingness to grow.
02Advanced DNA
Building on the foundation of Basic DNA, Advanced DNA takes you deeper into the Seven Planes of Existence and helps you become more confident and skilled with the techniques you've learned. You'll explore powerful healing exercises, receive feeling downloads, and emerge with greater confidence, depth, and skill in the ThetaHealing technique.
03Dig Deeper
One of the most essential skills in the ThetaHealing technique is "digging" — the ability to uncover the deep subconscious beliefs at the root of our challenges. This seminar is dedicated entirely to mastering that skill, giving you the practice, tools, and confidence to identify and clear core beliefs in yourself and others.
04You and the Creator
The final foundational seminar focuses on one of the most transformative aspects of the ThetaHealing technique — learning to distinguish the voice of the Creator from your own ego, and truth from fear. This seminar teaches you to understand your subconscious mind and direct your awareness toward the pure, unconditional love of the Creator.
