Every session begins with grounding, a gentle check-in, and the understanding that nothing about your experience is too small, too strange, or too much.

What our time together looks like
We'll talk about what's alive for you, uncover the beliefs and patterns underneath, and — with your permission — invite gentle shifts in the theta state. Most sessions last 60–90 minutes.
Prep
Preparing for your session
- • Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be interrupted.
- • Have water nearby.
- • Bring an open heart — no perfect prep required.
- • A journal is optional but often welcome.
Integration
After your session
- • Move gently. Drink extra water. Rest if you need to.
- • Notice what shifts over the following days.
- • Be tender with yourself — integration is part of the work.
Pacing
How many sessions?
Some people arrive for a single session with a specific focus; others come regularly as part of their ongoing care. There's no right rhythm — we'll listen together for what serves you.
